Privacy policy

This policy explains how BELLEN j.d.o.o. za turizam, usluge i turistička agencija, Marina Polesana Sv. Katarina, Ulica Valelunga 90, 52100 Pula, Hrvatska, OIB 95326373718 (“Bellen Charter”, “we”) processes personal data when you use bellen.hr, send us an enquiry or book a boat. We process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Enquiries: name, email, phone number, preferred date and your message.
• Bookings: name, email, phone number, selected boat, dates, extras, special requests and payment status.
• Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never see or store your card details — we only receive confirmation of the payment and its amount.
• Technical data: IP address and basic request data needed to protect the website from abuse.
• Analytics and advertising (Google Analytics, Google Ads) — only if you allow them in the cookie settings.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (steps prior to a contract).
• To perform the charter contract: booking, payment, boat handover, communication before and during your trip.
• To meet legal obligations (accounting, tourist registration, maritime rules).
• With your consent: website statistics and measuring our advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 2 years. Booking and invoicing data are kept as long as required by Croatian accounting and tax law (generally 11 years).

Who receives it

Stripe (payments), our web hosting and email provider (Hostinger), and — only with your consent — Google. We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings. Write to info@bellen.hr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
