YACHT ACCOMMODATION
The price includes yacht accommodation and its equipment as described on the website. Extras are payable in the base.The price dose not include : Harbor costs and taxes away from the home port and cost of fuel consumed.
Charter policy and Conditions
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Yacht Cherterbooking can be confirmedafter receiving 50% of the charter price ,balanceto be paid 4 weeks before departure date.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
cancellation is possible only in writing, signed by the person who made it and to whom the invoice from us is addressed. The effective date will be when the writen cancellation is received at the Bellen Charter office. Cancellations fees are expressed as a percentage of the total holiday cost, for the periodsbefore the departure date:
– 0% of the charter price for cancellation up to 1 month before the departure date
– 100 % of the charter price for cancellation within the last month before the departure date.
TAKEOVER OF YACHT
The boats used for charter are fully equipped, with equipment published on the Bellen charter website, and the fuel tanks are fully filled. Our guests are expected to return the boat in the condition they received and with a full tank of fuel. If the boat returns and the employees notice that the tank is not fully filled, the re-departure to the gas station will be charged additionally 50.00 euros + fuel costs. Check-in time is 9 a.m. and check-out is at 6 p.m. Each unannounced delay is charged an additional 30.00 euros per hour. When picking up the boat, our guests are obliged to inspect well and make pictures of all possible damage! and this does not allow them to try to reduce the charter price. The charter employs reserve the not to hand over the yacht if our guest is not competent for any reason to operate the yacht,or to give instructions.
CAUTION MONEY
When taking over the boat, our guests are obliged to pay a deposit for the boat and sign together with the charter employee a certificate of the same. If our guest returns the boat at the agreed time and in the condition in which he took it, the deposit is returned to the guest in full. IF DAMAGE OCCURS OR PART OF THE EQUIPMENT IS LOST, THE COST IS COVERED WITH THE MONEY FROM THE DEPOSIT. THIS COST DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY PROBLEMS WITH ELECTRICITY , WATER OR ENGINE ( THIS IS SOLELY AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CHARTER ) . Any damage caused by the negligence or negligence of our guests will be charged from the deposit.
INSURANCE
The yacht is insured against the third person damages and fully insured for all the damages resulting from force major up to the registered amount of the value of the yacht for the risks according to the insurance policy. In case of some bigger averages , as well as of those where other boats are involved,the carterer is obligated to report the case to the authorized harbor-masters office and record in a protocol ( the course of events,estimation of damage ) for an insurance company.The personal belogings are not covered by the insurance. The crew is covered by the insurance.
